At The Valley School, our teachers and staff are the heart and soul of our program. They are the individuals that bring our curriculum to life, form authentic caring relationships with our children and families, and spend quality time supervising and educating our students.
As such, their value cannot be overemphasized. We seek experienced, degreed Lead Teachers who have selected early childhood education as their career choice. They are assisted by Assistant Teachers and Aides who help execute the lesson plans, maintain supervision and interact closely with our children.
We encourage and provide opportunities for all our staff to receive continuing education and training to ensure they are providing the highest quality care at all times.
